REFUND POLICY

At AutoSubs, we provide a 14-day money-back guarantee for all customers. As our product is a digital software tool, our refund policy is designed to comply with global consumer protection laws and the standards set by our payment partner, Paddle.

1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase and request a refund for any reason within 14 days of your initial transaction.

2. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with standard digital commerce laws (and as outlined in the Paddle Buyer Terms), your right to a refund is waived if you have started to download, stream, use, or otherwise benefit from the Product within that 14-day period.

By activating your license key and using the AutoSubs extension to process audio or generate subtitles, you acknowledge that you are requesting immediate performance of the service and therefore waive your statutory right of withdrawal.

3. Technical Issues

If you are unable to use the product due to a technical defect or incompatibility that our support team cannot resolve, you are entitled to a refund of the charges paid, regardless of usage.
