Do I need to install AI locally?
No, everything runs on our server. You don't need a powerful GPU or any complex local setup. Just install the plugin and go.
How many devices can I use?
Basic plan allows 1 device per license. Pro plan allows 2 devices per license, with up to 5 licenses included.
How do I activate the plugin?
Simply log in with your account credentials inside the After Effects extension, or enter your unique license key/token.
What happens if my subscription expires?
Plugin access will be disabled until the subscription is renewed. Your presets and settings will remain saved for when you return.
Can I switch devices?
Yes! You can manage your active devices in the dashboard. Deactivate old devices to free up slots for new ones.
Do I need my own API key?
No. AutoSubs is a complete service. We handle all API costs and infrastructure on our end.
