Your audio files are transmitted to our AI partner, Groq, for the sole purpose of generating transcriptions. We do not use your audio data for training AI models or for any purpose other than providing the transcription service you requested. Audio data is processed temporarily and is not stored permanently on our servers after the transcription is completed.

6. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable measures to help protect information about you from loss, theft, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
